Conditions of Use

By placing an order with Taylor’d Bundles Ltd you are agreeing to accept the terms and conditions explained below.

Product description

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, sizes and materials of all the products that appear on the website. However, as the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. As the majority of products are handmade, the images you see give an example of the patterns and colours that may appear as part of the final products.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. If you have any questions on pricing, please do contact us via any of the methods on the Contact Us page.

Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on our website are in pound sterling and unless otherwise indicated are inclusive of VAT. Payment can be made using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB and Maestro. If you need to pay with another form of payment (cheque/cash), please email us with your request, and we will be in touch with our payment policies. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

Acceptance of order

We will confirm our acceptance of order – on receipt of cleared funds – by email (where a valid email address is provided) with details of the order placed. We reserve the right to refuse an order due to unavailable stock or unauthorised payment. If we are out of stock on a particular bundle, please email hello@taylordbundles.co.uk with the subject line ‘Bundle order’ and we will respond within 24 hours.

The Customer's Contract of sale

The Taylor’d Bundles Service is a platform which facilitates the sale of the Collaborator’s Goods. 

Any contract for sale of the Collaborator’s Goods to a Customer (“contract of sale”) is between the Collaborator and the relevant Customer. Taylor’d Bundles is not a party to the contract of sale, whether or not it supplies services to the parties in connection with the contract of sale. The Collaborator acknowledges that all contracts of sale will include the Taylor’d Bundles Terms and Conditions of Sale as shown on the Taylor’d Bundles website at the time of the relevant transaction except to the extent that the parties specifically agree otherwise. 

The Collaborator acknowledges that any complaint, including any legal proceedings, arising from the sale of the Goods via the Taylor’d Bundles Service, whether the Goods are sold individually or as part of a Bundle, is between the relevant Customer and the Collaborator and not against Taylor’d Bundles unless and only to the extent that the cause of the complaint or claim is due to Taylor’d Bundles (for example, where the Goods have been stored by Taylor’d Bundles without complying with the Collaborator’s instructions, or Taylor’d Bundles has delivered the Goods late). If the Collaborator has a dispute with a Customer or Recipient, the Collaborator undertakes to take reasonable steps to resolve it with that Customer or Recipient direct. Taylor’d Bundles may assist the Collaborator but are not obliged to do so. 

The Collaborator shall ensure that the Goods are of the highest quality, and that they are manufactured, transported, stored, packaged in a timely fashion and in compliance with all applicable law regulation and any codes of conduct, including where they relate to:

  • the provision of products for use by infants or children, 
  • sale of hazardous materials, 
  • sale of goods for consumption, including food and drink products,
  • sale of alcohol,
  • product health and safety, and
  • advertising and packaging requirements.

The Collaborator will ensure that all Goods are stored in clean, dust and animal and allergy free environments. 

If any Goods need to be recalled (for example, due to health and safety concerns), the Collaborator shall notify Taylor’d Bundles as soon as practical, so that the Customer and any end-recipient can be notified. The Collaborator will be responsible for the costs of such recall, which will include Taylor’d Bundles’ reasonable costs and expenses incurred in managing such recall.


All orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 7 working days of placing the order (the first working day is the day after the order is placed - 7 day guarantee is applicable to UK deliveries only). Postage and packaging charges are as follows for the UK:

  • Free shipping for orders over £85 (UK only).
  • £11 for larger items via Special Delivery with Royal Mail
  • £7.25 for smaller items via Special Delivery with Royal Mail
  • £2.50, £3.30, £4.50 or £5.50 for First class signed for with Royal Mail (all prices are based on size and weight) 

All bundles are sent via various signed for services - UK only. Details of tracking numbers and signatures given upon receipt of delivery are available upon request.

Europe and Worldwide shipping costs are available upon request.


Within 14 days of receiving a bundle, if you are not entirely satisfied with the contents, please email with the subject line ‘Return’. Please detail the issue with the order and we will get back in touch within 24 hours of receiving the email to organise the return of the item/s and will replace any item/s that you are not 100% happy with. Please note that any products that are returned must be in their original packaging and condition. Returns are at the customers’ expense and we suggest using recorded mail. We will not accept any responsibility for your return shipments being lost or damaged in transit.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the order as a whole, we will refund the cost of the order including postage.
